Erinʼs work often involves cross-border situations. She has acted as counsel in cross-border proceedings involving dozens of jurisdictions around the globe, including several of the most significant Chapter 15 cases in the last decade. Erin's broad-based knowledge and experience across key global market centers allow her to effectively represent estate fiduciaries and international clients in multifaceted jurisdictional proceedings and transactions.
