Eric S Tresh

Eric represents many of the world’s largest companies in state and local tax matters. He has appeared in administrative forums, and trial and appellate courts, throughout the country obtaining landmark victories in several leading tax cases. In addition to his tax controversy work, Eric regularly assists companies in evaluating their tax risks and serves as national state tax counsel for several multistate and multinational clients. Eric has testified before multiple state legislatures, regularly speaks and publishes on state tax matters, and serves as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law.
