Devin Anderson

Devin Anderson is a litigation partner in the Salt Lake City and Washington, D.C. offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, and he has briefed and argued cases in trial and appellate courts across the country on a wide array of issues, including novel consumer class actions, high-profile commercial disputes, cybersecurity and data privacy matters with extensive exposure, and fast-moving regulatory compliance issues for industry-disrupting companies. Devin helps lead the charge in the area of class actions and cybersecurity, where he has achieved multiple precedent-setting victories on behalf of clients. In addition, Devin has achieved multiple wins before the Supreme Court in merits cases.
