Akshay Deoras

Akshay Deoras is a trial lawyer in Kirkland’s Bay Area office focusing on high-stakes intellectual property litigation. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in disputes in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, semiconductors, computer hardware and software, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Akshay’s cases regularly involve patent, trade secret, and copyright claims, with actions in U.S. district courts, the ITC, and the PTAB, and often involve claims between competitors. He has obtained significant jury trial victories for plaintiffs and defendants, including securing a complete defense jury verdict in February 2024 in a multi-patent case alleging $4 billion in damages.
