Nisha Kanchanapoomi is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland’s corporate group whose practice focuses on all aspects of debt financing transactions. She represents private equity sponsors, hedge funds, public and private companies and capital sources and has experience with a variety of transaction structures, including secured and unsecured financings, senior, mezzanine and subordinated financings, cash-flow and asset-based loans, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, workouts and restructurings (including debtor-in-possession and exit financings). Nisha has handled transactions in a diverse group of industries, including technology, consumer products, business services, industrial growth, entertainment and media, retail, healthcare and life sciences.
