Nisha Kanchanapoomi

Nisha Kanchanapoomi is a corporate partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP whose practice focuses on all aspects of debt financing transactions. She represents private equity sponsors, hedge funds, public and private companies and capital sources and has experience with a variety of transaction structures, including secured and unsecured financings, senior, mezzanine and subordinated financings, cash-flow and asset-based loans, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, workouts and restructurings (including debtor-in-possession and exit financings). Nisha has handled transactions in a diverse group of industries, including technology, consumer products, business services, industrial growth, entertainment and media, retail, healthcare, fitness, luxury brands and life sciences.
