Pippa Bond

Pippa Bond is a capital markets partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and securities, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, liability management and restructurings. Pippa acts as counsel to issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings and other registered offerings, block trades and private placements of debt and equity securities, including investment grade and high yield debt and preferred stock, as well as tender offers and consent solicitations and take private transactions. Pippa also counsels institutional and corporate clients with respect to corporate governance and compliance. Her work spans a broad range of industries, with a specialized focus on financial services, retail and consumer companies, industrials, transportation and real estate.
