Mark Holscher is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Los Angeles office and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. A Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as former Assistant United States Attorney, he is widely regarded as a go-to trial lawyer for high-stakes matters, having secured over $1.4 billion in verdicts and settlements and successfully defended clients against billion-dollar claims. Since 2023, Benchmark Litigation has named Mark to its lists of the “Top 20 Trial Lawyers in California” and the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America".
