Mike has also secured multiple complete defense verdicts in high-stakes patent trials, including the largest defense-side patent jury verdict in U.S. history in 2024. In 2025, Bloomberg Law recognized Mike in its debut “Unrivaled” list, which spotlights the trial lawyers leading the industry’s most significant and impactful trials and settlements.
