Kevin Ehrhart

Kevin represents some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors, investment managers, strategic operators and real estate platforms in complex real estate and digital infrastructure transactions. His practice focuses on joint ventures, platform investments, acquisitions and dispositions, recapitalizations and debt financings across the capital stack.

Kevin has extensive experience advising clients in the data center and digital infrastructure sector, including hyperscale data centers, AI-focused campus developments and large-scale digital infrastructure platforms. He advises global sponsors, developers, operators and investors on the acquisition, financing, development and capitalization of mission-critical digital infrastructure assets and institutional-scale data center platforms.

He represents leading global sponsors and institutional investors, including Ares, GLP, Brookfield and Blackstone, in connection with high-profile real estate, logistics, digital infrastructure and platform transactions, as well as on capital raising initiatives and broader strategic planning for global private equity real estate platforms. His work also includes programmatic and single-asset joint ventures, large-scale portfolio transactions and the formation and recapitalization of real estate operating platforms.

He also advises on large-scale, multi-disciplinary real estate and digital infrastructure investments requiring coordinated real estate, infrastructure, private equity, investment funds and finance expertise.
