Sierra is an experienced trial lawyer in Kirkland’s Los Angeles office with a wide-ranging complex commercial litigation practice including product liability, intellectual property and breach of contract cases. Since the pandemic, Sierra has tried and won 4 bet-the-company jury trials, serving as lead counsel in some of the country’s biggest civil litigation. Her trial achievements are highlighted by Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers in California,” 2021-2022 and “Los Angeles’ Minority Leaders of Influence,” 2021-2023. She is recognized by Law360 as a “Rising Star” and profiled by The American Lawyer and Los Angeles Business Journal. She has an unmatched dedication to her clients and a passion for the law and has become a dominate force in the courtroom.

Alongside her busy practice, Sierra continues to be a leader within Kirkland’s diverse community. She is the co-chair of the Firm’s Racial and Ethnic Diversity Committee and a member of the Firmwide Diversity Leadership Planning Committee. She plays a vital role in mentoring young diverse attorneys through her work with the John M. Langston Bar Association of Los Angeles and the Women in Law Empowerment Forum Global Advisory Board. Through her advocacy work, Sierra fulfills her passion for creating opportunities for both women and minorities as future leaders.
