Sierra Elizabeth

Sierra is an experienced trial lawyer in Kirkland’s Los Angeles office with a wide-ranging complex commercial litigation practice including product liability, intellectual property and breach of contract cases. Since the pandemic, Sierra has tried and won five bet-the-company jury trials, serving as lead counsel in some of the country’s biggest civil litigation. Her trial achievements have recently been highlighted by Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers,” 2024 and Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40,” 2023. She has also been recognized by Law360, The American Lawyer, Benchmark Litigation, and Legal500, among others. She has an unmatched dedication to her clients and a passion for the law and has become a dominate force in the courtroom.

Alongside her busy practice, Sierra continues to be a leader at Kirkland and beyond. She plays a vital role in mentoring young attorneys through her work with the John M. Langston Bar Association of Los Angeles and the Women in Law Empowerment Forum Global Advisory Board and education reform through her pro bono work and board position at Notre Dame High School. Through her advocacy work, Sierra also fulfills her passion for creating opportunities for both women and minorities as future leaders.
