Austin has significant experience with a variety of transaction structures, including syndicated debt financings, first- and second-lien financings, bank-bond facilities, split collateral structures, asset-based loans, unitranche financings, subordinated financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings and preferred equity issuances. Austin has led transactions in a range of industries, including software, industrials, healthcare, retail, media, dining, entertainment and energy, in financings ranging in size from the tens of millions to over $18 billion.
