Brian Ford

Brian Ford is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s Los Angeles and Bay Area offices. He represents private equity firms, commercial lending institutions and other private and public companies in connection with the negotiation, structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including syndicated and direct lender financings, recurring revenue financings, acquisition financings and dividend recapitalizations. He also has significant experience with liability management exercises, loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Brian has led some of the most complicated and highest-profile financings over the last several years.
