Daniel Corzo

His professional practice focuses on comprehensive advice in real estate, civil, and registry matters, both in urban and rural areas. Within his specialty, he participates in the comprehensive structuring of projects, as well as the drafting, analysis, and negotiation of contracts for the acquisition and transfer, financing, refinancing, and structuring of guarantees for real estate, agricultural, agro-industrial, retail, mining, and energy projects. He also engages in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of trust agreements for administration and guarantee purposes across various sectors.

Daniel is involved in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of construction contracts for real estate and industrial projects, and provides advice on matters related to legal physical regularization, evaluation and diagnosis processes, and comprehensive land management, including notarial and registry procedures.

He joined the firm as an Associate in 2014. Previously, he worked at the law firms Carrera, Pinatte & Baca-Álvarez Abogados (Lima: 2011 – 2014, Arequipa: 2008 – 2009), Vicente Ugarte del Pino Abogados (Arequipa: 2009 – 2011), and Lozada Tamayo Abogados (Arequipa: 2008).

Daniel is a lawyer from Universidad Católica de Santa María (Arequipa). He has taken courses of Second Specialization in Law in Business Management at the same institution, as well as courses on Land Purchase Management and Population Resettlement for Investment Projects. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Construction Contract Management from ESAN’s Graduate School of Business, where he graduated at the top of his class.

He is a native Spanish speaker and he has knowledge of English.
