Christie Latimer focuses her practice on real estate and project finance transactions, representing developers, borrowers, owners and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing and divestiture of large commercial, industrial and energy projects. Her experience in the real estate industry includes office, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and energy projects. She counsels clients on all aspects of real estate and project development, acquisition and construction finance, project leasing and management and infrastructure development.

Additionally, Christie works on sophisticated financial transactions, where she focuses on secured credit facilities, financial restructuring, and related regulatory matters.
