Christie Latimer

Christie has a multifaceted real estate finance practice, representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, investors and developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of all types of real estate assets, in both single asset and portfolio transactions.

Her experience in the real estate industry includes office, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, energy, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and education projects. She counsels clients on all aspects of real estate and infrastructure development, acquisition and construction finance (debt and equity), joint venture formation, and project leasing and management.

Additionally, Christie works on sophisticated financial transactions, advising national and international borrowers, lenders and agents on various aspects of structured financings, syndicated loan transactions and secured and unsecured credit facilities.
