Career
Carlton Wilde has assisted corporate policyholders and other plaintiffs obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in recovery. He represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters related to all types of policies, including commercial property and business interruption, reps and warranties, CGL, cyber, professional and fiduciary liability, D&O, E&O, environmental and trade credit.
Carlton is a trial lawyer with jury experience and brings a quick wit and an ability to dive into the details of a matter while advising clients on strategy implications in an easy-to-follow manner. He also has first and second chair experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse range of complex business litigation and arbitration matters in the energy, construction, consumer products, real estate and healthcare industries.
Carlton currently represents clients across a multitude of industries including energy, healthcare, consumer products and professional sports on a variety of insurance issues. He also represents private equity and other entities on claims under reps and warranty policies. Carlton also handles other coverage matters such as property damage and business interruption claims from recent hurricanes and other catastrophes.
