Camille Miller

Camille Miller is the Co-Chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department and a member of the Management Committee, Board of Directors, and Investment Committee. Camille practices all aspects of intellectual property, specifically opinion, counseling, and enforcement in connection with global trademark portfolio management, and prosecution, enforcement, and federal litigation relating to trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, counterfeiting, copyright, right of privacy, right of publicity, domain names, licensing, trade secret and franchising legal issues.
