Britt also represents companies in civil and administrative investigations involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal agencies. In addition, he advises hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare entities in litigation, internal investigations, and government inquiries.

Joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2003 and previously served as chair of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, he practiced for 10 years with Jones Day in Dallas, Texas.
