As Co-Chair of the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department, Brian represents both debtors and creditors in reorganization and liquidation proceedings, other distressed situations and in attendant litigation. He has guided Chapter 11 debtors, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, creditors’ and noteholders’ committees, assignees, landlords, liquidating trustees, labor organizations, preference and fraudulent conveyance defendants, receivers and secured and unsecured creditors.
Brian was a member of Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin LLC, which merged with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
