Her practice spans multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on health care and life sciences. She represents private equity firms, public and private companies, and institutional investors in complex, high-value transactions.

In addition to her transactional work, Aselle offers strategic advice on corporate governance, ESG initiatives, policies and disclosures, and a wide range of general corporate matters. She regularly advises boards of directors and executive leadership on fiduciary responsibilities, corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.

Aselle also advises clients in FDA regulatory and compliance matters and supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies, medical device manufacturers, and emerging life sciences ventures in complex transactions, advising on due diligence and offering structuring insight.
