Anna represents management in labor and employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board, the EEOC, and the Department of Labor, among other agencies. She has extensive experience representing employers in individual and class actions involving the full range of employment matters, including discrimination and wage/hour cases, non-compete agreements, and unfair labor practices. Anna is a widely recognized practitioner in higher-education, representing numerous major universities in union election campaigns, NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining, and significant employment litigation. Anna has presented on a wide range of topics for the American Bar Association, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the Corporate Counsel Institute, the Practicing Law Institute, the Society of Human Resource Management, and other business, bar, and academic associations.
