Her practice encompasses brand protection, patent infringement, licensing disputes, trade secret protection and unfair competition. She tries cases in federal and state courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), and represents clients in arbitration and mediation.
