Andere Indacochea PdZ, partner at PPO Indacochea leads the Labor Department and is part of the Corporate Department. She is a trusted advisor of many of the firm’s key corporate clients. She assists with all aspects of employment and social security legislation, routinely advising on labour restructurings, dismissals, and preventative work-related issues, as well as individual and collective disputes, labour claims and relationships with trade unions.

In the corporate area, its practice extends to the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts, as well as advising clients in all aspects related to the governance of companies.
