He has sound experience as a great negotiator with trade unions, likewise he focusses in labour judicial litigation and constitutional procedures, having sponsored several high-profile, complex and delicate lawsuits with highly percent to the effectivity in obtaining favorable rulings.
As the leader of the Litigation team at PPO, Alejandro provides counselling to clients on the design and implementation of strategies for the management of civil, commercial, constitutional, and arbitration processes. Additionally, he has a vast experience in negotiation, mediation, and prejudicial reconciliation de pretensions.
Due to his excellent reputation, Alejandro has been appointed to important and diverse positions in 2022, such as managing partner from PPO, board member of the Bolivian Stock Market and a diplomatic representative from the Portuguese Republic in Bolivia as a consul.
