Jeannine Lozada focuses her practice on Labor Law. Prior to becoming a Senior Associate, she gained valuable experience as a paralegal for four years, where she developed the skills necessary to excel in corporate and employment matters.

Jeannine assists national and international clients in the creation, administration, expansion and closure of companies. It manages records and presentations before the main public authorities, ensuring compliance with Bolivian legislation for operations, statutory modifications, transformations and settlements.

Provides comprehensive advice on socio-labor obligations for national and international clients. It prepares due diligence reports, proposes solutions for non-compliance, and actively participates in negotiations, union conflicts, labor restructurings, layoffs, salary adjustments and employer substitutions, always defending the interests of its clients.
