Ying Zhang

Ms. Zhang has been practicing Chinese law for over 24 years, specializing in cross-border and domestic M&A and PE deals involving a broad of sectors such as renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, mining, TMT, real property, healthcare, etc. She also has extensive experience in joint venture and FDI projects, restructuring transactions, and general corporate and regulatory matters.

Described by some clients as “a smart, business-oriented thinker”, she provides clients with responsive service and develops creative and pragmatic solutions to their most important matters.

Ms. Zhang was seconded with the legal department of Itochu Corporation in Tokyo, Japan (2004), and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City (2011).
