Mr. Zhang commenced his legal practice in 1996 and joined JunHe in July 2011. He currently serves as a member of JunHe's Management Committee and head of the Guangzhou Office. Prior to joining JunHe, he was the founding partner and managing partner of a leading law firm in South China. In 1999, he trained at a Chicago law firm (Holleb & Coff).

Specializing in corporate and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and foreign investments, Mr. Zhang has accumulated extensive professional expertise and project management experience in these fields. He has successfully assisted over 30 companies in achieving listing on domestic or overseas securities markets, and has handled numerous acquisitions of listed companies.
