Mr. Liu has actively represented a number of international and domestic banks and has been involved in structuring, negotiating, document preparing and the rendering of legal opinion in many projects, including in the petrochemical, semiconductor, steel, automobile, power, water, toll roads and other industries. Mr. Liu has also represented foreign banks and other financial institutions in their investments and strategic cooperation with PRC banks, fund joint ventures, finance companies and other financial institutions. Mr. Liu also represents multinational corporations in their entry into China’s market by establishing presents, or taking mergers and acquisitions and advises state owned enterprises and other domestic companies on their cooperation with foreign investors.
