Gavin Wang

Mr. Wang joined JunHe in 2011, he is based in Beijing and Shanghai. Before joining JunHe, Mr. Wang practiced in Runming Law Offices and Zheng, Liu, Yuan & Zhou Law Office, following three years in-house career in China Eastern Airlines.

Mr. Wang has been advising lenders, borrowers and other parties to bilateral loan, syndication loan, project financing, export credit, trade finance and asset finance in extensive industries, such as in civil aviation, electric power, real estate, petroleum and chemical, agrochemical, non-ferrous metallurgy, shipbuilding, packaging, paper making, medical and pharmaceutical, tourism, international trade, leasing. He is highly regarded as an expert specializing in tackling complicated cross-border deal.

Mr. Wang is a leading Chinese lawyer in asset finance and lease. He acts for airlines, carriers, leasing companies, banks, lease managers, corporate jet users and operators and other related clients in asset purchase & disposal, financing lease, operating lease, tax-driven lease, tax-bonded lease, sale and lease-back, pre-delivery financing, operation management, receivables finance, portfolio sale and acquisition, deal restructure and securitization involving large capital equipment and machinery (such as commercial aircraft, corporate jet, ship, offshore structures, aviation and ship engines/propellers and various equipment and machinery of different use and type).
