Zhenfeng Yan

Zhenfeng Yan is a partner at JunHe LLP Shanghai Office. Prior to joining JunHe, he was the director for legal affairs at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (“COMAC”) and general counsel for COMAC customer service business. Before that, he practiced in private sector in New York and Beijing, and also worked as an in-house counsel in China Unicom.

Zhenfeng Yan has twenty years of legal experience, of which sixteen were devoted to the aviation industry and has advised airframers, engine manufacturers, system suppliers, aerostructure suppliers, financiers, lessors, airlines and MROs on transactions, regulatory matters, compliance as well as dispute resolution.

Zhenfeng Yan has extensive experience in supply chain agreement, aircraft/engine sale and purchase, aircraft/engine leasing, aircraft/engine loan, parts and material support, flight hour technical service, export control compliance, regulatory matters, aviation insurance as well as dispute resolution in relations to said transactions.

Zhenfeng Yan also has rich experience in general corporate, banking and finance, foreign direct invest and outbound investment.

Zhenfeng Yan now is a member of Aviation Working Group Legal Advisory Panel, and also an arbitrator appointed by China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
