Mr. Zhou is a partner of JunHe LLP, member of managing committee of Shanghai office. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. He has actively represented a number of international companies and banks in structuring, negotiation, and documentation in many finance and investment projects. In recent years, he has acted for international and domestic financial institutions and private equity investors on many going-private transactions of US listed companies, and also advised Chinese companies on their outbound investment and financing projects.

3. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank’s senior term facility advanced to Ningbo Jingfeng for its acquisition of the Germany based Grammer AG;
4. Take-private financing of 58.com extended by a syndicate led by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to a consortium led by Warburg Pincus and General Atlantic;
5. Acquisition facility extended by China Merchant Bank to Blackstone Group to finance its acquisition of a RMB 7 billion worth logistic park owned by R&F Group;
6. Acquisition facility extended by HSBC to KKR Real Estate Partner to finance its acquisition of commercial property in Shanghai;
7. Standard Charter Bank’s secured term loan to BlackRock to finance its office building acquisition in Shanghai;
8. BNPP Paribas’ secured term loan to Aier Group, the leading ophthalmologic hospital group in China, to finance its acquisition of a Spain ophthalmologic hospital group;
