Jianwei Zhang

Mr. Zhang acts as the Managing Partner of JunHe, Shenzhen Office. He has been worked for JunHe since 2000, and during 2007 and 2008, he worked at the Silicon Valley Office of Fenwick & West LLP as a visiting lawyer.

Mr. Zhang’s major practice areas include capital market, corporate and mergers & acquisitions (M&As), Private Equity/Venture Capital and certain other areas. He provided all-around legal services for various domestic and multinational enterprises in their M&As, reorganization, restructuring, IPOs, investments and financing projects. Mr. Zhang has ranked as a leading lawyer in capital market, corporate and commercial areas by Chambers Asian-Pacific guide for several years.

Mr. Zhang also acts as an arbitrator of South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration), a member of China Venture Capital Association, a mediator of the Mediation Center of SCIA and a member of the Legal Committee of ICC Shenzhen.

Mr. Zhang is a member of the All China Lawyers Association and Shenzhen Lawyers Association.
