Mr. Zhang successively obtained a Bachelor of Laws in Economic Law from the Law School of Jilin University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the School of Management of Zhejiang University, a Master's degree from the Business School of the University of Otago in New Zealand, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree at the Business School of the University of Otago in New Zealand. After graduating from a prestigious law school in China in 1990, Mr. Zhang first worked at the Procuratorate; due to his exceptionally outstanding work ability, he was promoted to Assistant Prosecutor only six months after joining, in a rare exceptional advancement. After working at the Procuratorate for three years, Mr. Zhang joined a university primarily engaged in training professionals in public prosecution, public security, and law enforcement as a lecturer, and began his legal practice career during his tenure at the university. Six months after joining the university, Mr. Zhang was promoted to Director of the Administrative Law Teaching and Research Office and Head of the Student Affairs Section.
