Since 2013, Tove Skärblom has worked with legal issues in the fields of environment and energy. In her daily work, she leads permit applications and other matters related to environmentally hazardous activities across several sectors, including energy, industry, and water.
She has extensive experience handling environmental issues in commercial transactions, with the aim of identifying and evaluating environmental risks and guiding clients on how to successfully manage such risks. She has particular experience with matters related to contaminated land, including liability assessments, proceedings before environmental courts, and commercial contractual provisions. Drawing on prior experience in the energy industry, she has strong knowledge of issues related to electricity, utility easements, and other energy-related matters.
In addition to her work at the firm, she serves on the national board of Cleaner Soil, a leading organization that advances the remediation of contaminated soil and water.
