Since 2013, Jenny Söberg has been providing Swedish and foreign companies with labor law advice.
She is responsible for the labor law team in Malmö, and she assists employers in the entire field of labor law. Her daily work includes, e.g., restructuring, redundancies (including questions regarding the protection of the employer’s business, competition clauses, and confidentiality), collective bargaining issues, transfers of undertakings, work environment and rehabilitation cases, and labor law disputes in court. She regularly works on establishing, reviewing, and negotiating various types of labor law agreements, such as employment contracts, as well as representing companies in negotiations under the Swedish Co-Determination Act. She also works with compliance issues, such as codes of conduct and guidelines for employees.
She works closely with, among others, the transaction team and the tax team, and she has a great deal of experience in processes and negotiations regarding M&A and other commercial matters, such as partner agreements, which also involve labor law elements. In addition to acting as an advisor, she regularly lectures on and teaches labor law.
