Anders Holmgren assists Swedish and foreign companies in the acquisition, sale, and restructuring of unlisted companies.

He is responsible for Setterwalls’ corporate law and M&A team in Gothenburg. He also assists Swedish and international companies with acquiring or selling unlisted companies and with restructuring groups of companies. Many of his transaction assignments are cross-border, and he often works both with and against international companies and advisers. Although his transaction experience covers most sectors, he is particularly experienced in the telecoms, life sciences, and retail areas.
