Mikael Magnusson is Head of the Banking and Finance Practice in Stockholm.
He primarily advises clients such as major banks and financial institutions, direct lenders/debt funds and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border debt financing matters particularly within the field of leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, real estate finance, syndicated loans, project finance, refinancing and investment grade including sustainability-linked and green loans. Mikael's work further includes advising in relation to high yield bond offerings, super senior revolving credits as well as securitisations and asset backed financings.
Mikael has also extensive experience in corporate restructuring matters and work-outs acting for lenders, agents, syndicated lending groups, borrowers and private equity sponsors.
