Angelica Ström

Angelica Ström advises companies and public authorities in business law related matters, mainly within the areas of EU and Competition law and foreign direct investments (FDI).

She has extensive experience in assisting clients with legal and strategic advice, drafting and reviewing agreements and in relation to cases with authorities and courts.

Angelica regularly advises clients on acquisitions, mergers and investments with analyzes, merger notifications and foreign direct investment (FDI) notifications to the European Commission, the Swedish Competition Authority and the Inspectorate of Strategic Products. She also assists clients in relation to transfer of security-sensitive operations in accordance with the Protective Security Act. Additionally, Angelica assists clients with competition law reviews of agreements and collaborations and in relation to dawn raids and investigations carried out by the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. She also assist clients with advice on matters concerning state aid and anti-competitive public sales activities.
