Anders Söderlind has worked with M&A and venture capital corporate law matters since the late 1990s.
Anders is heading our Corporate and M&A practice group. In his day-to-day work he represents buyers and sellers of Swedish companies and businesses. He represents both domestic and foreign strategic and financial investors. As a member of our corporate law team, he of course also advices on general corporate law.
