Tatiana Monastyrskaya

Tatiana represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of energy and infrastructure financing transactions. The financing transactions include commercial bank debt, Term Loan B, private placements, project bonds, and bank-bond deals. She works across the spectrum of energy transition and renewables industries, including battery storage, RNG, carbon sequestration and storage, and hydrogen. Other infrastructure classes she works on include transmission, LNG, and data centers. Her financing transactions range from single-asset project financings to back leverage and mezzanine financings for portfolios of projects in the context of joint ventures with tax equity or pref. In addition to representing private equity sponsors and their portcos in infrastructure financings, she also represents developers in energy transition development projects, and sponsors in tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions. She advises clients on financeability aspects of the Title XVII DOE Loan Guarantee Program.
