Steven Serajeddini is a partner in the Restructuring Group in Kirkland’s New York office.
Steven advises companies, ad hoc committees, private equity firms and other investors on capital structure, liquidity, and other strategic solutions for public and private companies, including liability management transactions, exchange transactions, refinancings, amend and extend transactions, mergers and acquisitions, out-of-court restructurings, and chapter 11 court proceedings.
Steven also advises boards of directors and senior management on fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
Steven has led some of the largest and most complex liability management transactions and restructurings of all time.
Steven has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including real estate, energy, infrastructure, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, publishing, media, pharmaceutical, and agriculture.
