Stephanie Haas is a partner in Kirkland’s M&A/Private Equity Practice Group and was the first transactional partner to join the Firm’s Philadelphia office, which opened in early 2025. Stephanie has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and general corporate matters. She also advises on public company transactions, carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures and other transformative capital events.
Stephanie has led representative matters ranging in size from several million dollars to several billion dollars in a variety of industries, including technology, software, consumer brands and products, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace and building products. Stephanie has handled such matters on behalf of, among other distinguished clients, Graham Partners, KKR, Lovell Minnick, Court Square Capital Partners and Berwind Corporation.
The Legal Intelligencer named Stephanie a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” in 2024 and Best Lawyers called her “One to Watch in Pennsylvania” in 2022.
