Shanti’s practice focuses on copyright, trademark, false advertising, right of publicity, AI and technology, and related licensing and contract issues. She litigates cases across the country, from trial through appeals, including federal district and appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Shanti has litigated some of the largest trademark disputes in the country, including cross-border litigations. Shanti has achieved major victories for her clients at all stages of litigation, including preliminary injunctions, motions to dismiss, summary judgment, trial, and appeals.
