Seth Henslovitz is a real estate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Seth counsels both borrowers and lenders on commercial real estate financings including mortgage and mezzanine debt, construction loans, loan acquisitions and sales, loan participations and co-lenders, workouts and debt restructurings. His clients have included real estate credit funds, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts and insurance companies, and owners and developers of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, residential complexes, industrial properties and undeveloped land.
