Rosalinda Cruz Sequeira

Rosalinda is a lawyer and notary public, Doctor of Law, specialized in commercial, constitutional, insurance, banking, intellectual property, and human rights advisory and consulting.

Rosalinda Cruz Sequeira is a founding partner of ECIJA Honduras. With more than 30 years of professional experience, she has advised national and international companies in commercial, banking, insurance, intellectual property, and human rights law.

She holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), is a certified notary by the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras, and earned her Doctorate in Law through a joint program between UNAH and the University of Buenos Aires. She also holds a Diploma in Canonical Matrimonial Law from the Catholic University of Honduras (UNICAH).

Rosalinda has been a national and international speaker on topics such as law, democracy, family, ethical values, and civic education. She participated in the drafting and discussion of key Honduran legislation and held prominent positions, including Commissioner of the National Banking and Insurance Commission (2002–2006) and Justice of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Honduras (2009–2012).
