Erika is a Senior Associate at ECIJA Dominican Republic and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.

Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, advising local and international clients on complex disputes, contractual breaches, and conflict resolution strategies.

She has participated in judicial and arbitral proceedings involving highly complex corporate and commercial disputes, providing strategic guidance throughout all stages of the proceedings and in the assessment of legal contingencies.

In addition, Erika maintains an active involvement in academic initiatives and international forums related to international commercial arbitration. She has served as a guest arbitrator in international arbitration competitions and moot court simulations, contributing to programs aimed at the practical training of future legal professionals and the advancement of academic development in the field of arbitration.

Most recently, she participated as co-author of the Best Practices Manual for Legal Departments 2025 | Foreign Trade, presented during the Latin American Congress of Legal Departments.
