Paola Robalino

She is Doctor in Jurisprudence and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Ecuador. She holds a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham in England.

She is a member of the Ecuadorian Institute of Tax Law and was its vice-president from 2011 to 2015 and from 2022 to 2024. She also was member of the Board of Directors of the Internal Revenue Service from 2005 to 2011 as an alternate delegate of the Federation of Production Chambers.

She was the National Speaker during the XXVIII Latin American Tax Law Conference (Mexico, 2015) on the topic “BEPS in Ecuador”, and National Speaker designated for the XXX Latin American Tax Law Conference to be held in October 2024, on the topic “Artificial Intelligence and the Challenges of Taxation.”
