Career
Gabriel represents U.S., Latin American, and European clients in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on strategic investments in the Dominican Republic. His practice includes advising lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions, as well as assisting clients in commercial real estate developments, energy projects, regulatory compliance audits, and complex labor matters, including internal investigations.
He is regularly involved in commercial procurements, asset acquisitions, and divestitures, providing strategic counsel across the full lifecycle of business operations.
Gabriel previously served as Professor of Business Practice in the Master’s Program in Corporate Business and International Litigation jointly offered by Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid).
He holds a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from PUCMM and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center.
