Gabriel is partner in the Corporate/M&A, Employment, Real Estate, Leisure and Tourism, Sports and Entertainment Law, Trust, Banking and Finance practice areas of ECIJA in the Dominican Republic.

Career

Gabriel represents U.S., Latin American and European clients in domestic and international business transactions.

In addition, he assists clients in commercial real estate, energy projects, audits, commercial procurements, asset acquisitions and sales.

Gabriel was a professor of the Business Practice course within the Master in Corporate Business and International Litigation offered by the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid.

Gabriel holds a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, a Master's Degree in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University and is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
