Robin McCue is a partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office who specializes in advertising and trademark litigation. Robin has extensive courtroom experience on such matters, and in particular has considerable experience litigating advertising matters in the context of requests for expedited relief as well as bringing these matters to trial. In connection with that work, Robin has worked extensively with survey and damages experts, and has been the lead for litigating multi-million dollar damages claims in such litigation matters. In addition, Robin has significant experience at BBB National Programs National Advertising Division (“NAD”) and has been the attorney primarily responsible for both bringing and defending actions before the NAD. As a result of her experience at NAD, Robin has been asked to serve on NAD’s planning committee for its annual conference. Robin also regularly counsels clients on national advertising campaigns, including advising on claim substantiation and compliance with legal and industry regulations. In acknowledgement of her experience and work, Robin has been recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Advertising by Chambers, as well as ranked as a Leading Lawyer by the World Trademark Organization for many years.
