Practice Areas
Rob Eberhardt's practice focuses on the North American energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on renewable energy and energy transition matters. His clients include private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, strategics and lenders, and he advises on debt finance, tax equity, tax credit transfers, acquisitions and dispositions, project development and commodity hedging. He has significant experience with a wide range of transaction types involving onshore and offshore wind, solar, conventional power, storage, transmission and other assets.
