Rebecca Fitzpatrick is a trial lawyer who focuses on fact- and science- intensive complex commercial litigation. She has broad experience in all aspects of major case litigation, and has served as trial counsel in numerous high-profile cases. Most recently, Rebecca successfully defended a leading healthcare company in an important products liability trial related to premature infant formula, which was reported by major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg, and led to honors from The American Lawyer and other legal press.
In addition to her ongoing work related to premature infant formula, Rebecca is currently managing and serving as trial counsel in wide-ranging, multi-jurisdictional litigation involving prescription opioids for Allergan and AbbVie. More generally, Rebecca has extensive experience guiding clients through MDLs, mass actions, class actions, and other complex litigation.
